I visited the Black Maria Gallery in LA, and they were exhibiting the works of the Australian artist Courtney Brims. Her work is new to me, but I was instantly drawn to them. She is really very talented, and her drawings are very magical. She uses pencil mainly, and the detail she puts into her work is amazing. I love her ideas, and the seamless flow of one idea to the next is really creative.
